Sending QR Tickets
Sending E-mail:
- You can decide whether you want to send a document in advance or print it out at the counter upon registration.
- The document can be sent directly with the invitation, automatically immediately after registration or receipt of payment, or by manual email shortly before the start of the event.
- In your Easydus environment there is feedback on which respondents may not have been reached via your email
- After registering, for example via a web form, the participant will also immediately receive a confirmation with a QR Ticket after any payment.

(Multi) Scanning
(Multi)-Scanning
- With your own smartphone or tablet
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Download the app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store. Open the app and log in with the same username and password you use to log in to your Easydus environment. You’ll be able to scan immediately.
- Bring the QR code into full view, then hold your device still to continue automatically.
- Information about the ticket will appear on the screen once the QR code has been scanned.
- – Green = ticket scanned correctly
– Red = incorrect/already scanned - The QR code can be scanned not only from a printed paper ticket, but also from a mobile device, such as a tablet or smartphone.
- With Multi-Scanning, you can scan at multiple locations or times. Examples include scanning in and out at a conference or trade show, scanning per workshop, or scanning per booth. Another application is tracking people at a competition (start, location 1, location 2, finish) or tracking materials in a logistics process.

- Badges or participant passes can be printed on-site upon arrival by quickly finding the person in your Easydus environment after entering and clicking on “print ticket.”
- With an additional tool, printing can even be done automatically when the entrance ticket is scanned!
- A good (internet) connection between the devices and printers is of course essential.

Real-time overview:
- Always have a real-time overview in the system of who is present or to whom something has been delivered.
- Easy to share real-time overviews via an HTML and/or CSV link.
